Heres a delayed congrats on getting your ride in there. My GN was in one awhile back too. They fucked up all my info though. Got the name right at least!
yeah that was it.... they messed up some of my info too. It was in Camaro performers as well with a little more info. funny thing was, they both contacted me to be in it and asked for pages and pages and pages of info and yet thats all they put in it. oh well still cool

thanks

Agreed.

What kind of turnout does this TCC event usually have?

If it's a nice day, it's been known to attract anywhere between 200-300 show cars. It's a pretty nice turnout for a central IL show. Last year, there were probably only about 5 f-bodies at any given event though. It'd be nice to see more.

Probably because my car's always been broken when it's time to show it. Actually, my car only made it to one last year because it was in the shop all of the summer except for 3 whole weeks! Grr. Anyway, I try to go even if I dont have the car so I'll have to keep a look out for you. As fate would have it, it doesnt look like my car will be done in time for this weekend's show either. *sigh*

Was at the parkland show was happy with a mostly cool day and no rain. I liked how each ls1 had something different for power adder(s) and how they ran there lines or kits looked like the vette with ling. supercharger and flame paint. I had fun watching people in the autox looked fun. Im mostly bummed that no one asked me anything about my swap. I guess there a dime a dozen to do I doubt I'll show at TCC with mothers day that weekend and friends want to head to a 1/4 mile friday or sat. Ricers got no love at parkland it was pretty easy to tell they should have never showed up when you only got imports: stock and custom. I'm not hating on anyone just that's the rules like for me if it says classes trucks-stock; custom that means say the @!#$ way anything new even if its got the badest fuel injected v8 alive.

I'll be back in charleston at the end of this month. It will probably take awhile to get the car out though. Anybody still race around there?
