Its been so long since I have been able to hang out with the Nasty Baitshop crowd on a consistant basis that I haven't ridden in any of your cars since they've been modded, including yours D.
Last time I rode in your SS you just had bolt ons and a slipping clutch. Then I asked if you wanted to line them up and you said "no, I better not, I don't want to get in trouble", then about an hour later you got pulled over and ticketed for speeding (lol).

What night was that?? I have had 2 tickets in this car. 1 was out on 30 when Carey almost got shot and #2 was on Coldwater Road after killing an Import both where on/around 4th of July of each year. I guess I must be forgetful or losing my memory being so old..LOL

Well, we are running out of LT1 contenders. What does your RX-7 run? Depending on how fast it is maybe you vs CALL911 or Blackz6spd.

I'll take a spot on the list also! The only car on here I've run was Bigrob's car, but that was when my car had a bad miss. Not that I would have won anyway.... but my car will be a completely different car in the spring. Maybe I can get a rematch

A couple of pics for you guys
Taking some weight out of her- removed the A/C, power steering and ABS system. Installed ATI dampener and relocated alternator. Also going with light weight brakes, double adjustable shocks, approved flexplate and tranny shield. Spool will also be going in as well as BMRs extreme rear roll bar. At least if the engine brakes it will be a front runner for the push races!!

It will be good to see your Formula back at the track, Jon!
We should have Mosers new torque arm and lower control arms at the shop today, I'll let you know if they show up. Bob

Hi guy's
I'm Carl also from the fort. I have been looking for and LS 1 01-02 to swap in my datum 240z, no real luck so far. Would any of you know where I can find a complete pullout. engine, 6sp tranny, wiring, computer. This would be my first v 8- I have been reading trying to learn as much about the LS 1 as I can. If anyone would like to take the time to educate me on the LS 1 I would sure appreciate it.
I came across a wrecked 2000 Camaro that I thinking about buying for my swap, and part the rest out. how difficult id it to remove the engine and tranny from one of there cars as I have never remove one.
Thanks
Carl

With the right tools and a lift it can be done in about 2 hours
