***Chicagoland Drag Racers, Come Inside***
Okay guys and gals, The NMCA and NMRA are coming to Route 66 in Joliet for the Super Bowl of street legal drag racing on July 19-22. For the main info, go HERE. The main reason I am posting this is to try and get more cars for the Late Model EFI class. Now, you might be thinking, "My car is no match for a racing class," but it is! The class is set up as an index race, so if your car falls between 9.50 and 15.00 in the quarter mile (I hope all of your LSX vehicles fall into that category) than you can run and have the chance to win some money!!! Go HERE for all of the rules, and click on Class Regulations, and then Late-Model EFI for the breakdown on the class guidelines. The rules are very lenient and allow pretty much anyone to race. HERE is the link to the pricing to run. MAke sure to scroll down to the bottom and look under the NMCA Chicago, IL - Route 66 Admissions as the pricing is a little bit different than the regular races.
So come on out and have some fun, do some drag racing, and win some money!!! If you have any questions, post them up. I will try to answer them to the best of my knowledge. If it is something I can't answer, I will get it from one of the NMCA admin staff. Also, please post up if you plan on attending and racing. Thanks!
