WTB: '98+ camaro front bumper cover (IL area, will travel to close states) arctic white would be favorable but any color will do. this POS non OEM piece i have looks like crap!

a clear one??? WTF lol no. 
i have no idea what brand this one is, but it appears to be a trim to fit piece lol that wasnt trimmed when fitted. i'll look for the one in for sale section.
