Depends what you plan on doing. I'm made 420rwhp last year with 30#'s and my AFR was perfect the whole run. I have no idea what the load on them was though. Larry at Speed Inc told me to buy the 30# injectors when I asked him for advice about the 30# vs. the 38#'s that they sold at the time (38's were $20 cheaper).
Here I am now wishing I had gone with the cheaper 38# (or even step up to 42# or such) injectors because I can't spray a dry shot on top of this

SVO 30#'s are around 36 lbs in a LS1. I run SVO 30#'s on my setup and I'm around 70% on duty cycle. If you plan to spray it in the future I'd say go with 42# but if not stick with the SVO's, you'll be fine.

30s are fine, if you don't plan on getting too carried away later on...
My car is an A4 & made 420rwhp & I sprayed a 100 dry hit on it, picked up 88 rwhp & the air fuel is pretty much right in-line with the NA run.
