Yep... Took so long to get one run in. When I got out there I thought I might not get another run in. Made an easy launch thinking I wasn't going to get too many more shots at it and a 1.7 60' would be better than a 2.2 spinning...

Yeah, I really wanted to get that 10 sec slip this year. Kinda sucks that the tranny started working when I pulled it off the trailer. Now I'm thinking that I might go to GLD on Wednesday ang give it one more try. Going to call Amber tomorrow and if I think it's got more in it, I'll give it another shot. Otherwise it's going up in the air and the trans is coming out...

I have. I was there about 3-4 years ago on a similar day when MFBA had about 100 cars out there- lol. If I am not mistaken there were more cars than yesterday. We were going to leave around 1:30 as well but stayed because our buddy was still running brackets with the Buick club. Around 2:00 the lanes started thinning out. I got in the lanes at 2:00 and got to run by around 2:45. When we left at 3:15 the lanes were pretty much empty, you could have done laps at that point.

byron wasn't too bad. I lined up around 11. and between 11 and 3 i got four runs in..and between runs i parked the car for awhile.
would of got quiet a few more but the rear blew on my 4th run
