I am going to try it out with the 26x8.5"s first, and if I do hit the limiter, I am going to switch to the 28x9"s since they are 27.3" tall. I know you and John (gator's 99TA) had good luck with them.

Right now with this current converter I'd run better with 28x9x15's probably.

I made a ***** out pass on the street with Hoosier 28x9s and dead hooked. Not to mention I have bone stock suspension besides shocks and springs. 10.80-10.90 pass. On your every-day crappy concrete street with absolutely no prep and no burnout.

Thanks man, but I think I am going to go with a 12 bolt. With how thin the ring and pinion are on a 4.10, I have a bad feeling that I would shread the teeth off and be spending more and money for nothing.

Good idea! My pinion doesnt have a tooth on it, and the ring gear is almost the same, as well as the spiders in the auburn.

Bye bye 10 bolt, something else will be under there next year, im done for the year.

Junior? i'm not that young compaired to you.

And btw no nitrous on the car, i think were going to move away from it, i've never even filled the bottle, the car doesent even have a nitrous converter.

fastest the car has gone was 12.1 at 111 or so with a 3500+ DA untuned ect.
You know that, i belive ALOT of people here know it, and i have 6 timeslips to prove it.

Besides, its a waste of time for both of us to set up a race thats one sided, im here to play, not fart around.

Why not this season?

I hate when people say 'next spring'...It means winter talk has begun. Winter talk sucks because it's just a time for people to talk big game and know they won't need to back it up.

I understand tuning the carb and suspension, but how do you tune the trans? Do you have a 4l80 behind the BBC?
