The doors have actuators that "pop" them out, so just pushing a button on the key fob does it. It is pretty cool, not my prime choice but whoever did the work and the paint work did it perfect. You would think it's oem. The car was a very good deal

Hey Dragman! How do you like the Yank ss3800? I have a Yank ss4000 on the way and was just wondering how the streetability and the overall reliability is with that converter! Also do you have any issues with the trans. getting a little hot?
Thanks. BTW you can PM me if you'd like. That way if you have any negative comments about it you won't steer people away from buyiing 1.
I mean just b/c 1 person has an issue doesn't mean EVERYONE will! Thanks!

James

I love mine works good on hiway as u have noticed I was up ur way several times last yr. Just make sure u put a good cooler on car not run through radiator. I have a B&M one works sweet. Temp usually below 200 degree's. Got to put a good converter in to make that bitch 60 foot

Cool thanks for the reply! I was wondering if I'd like it or not. I wasn't sure if it was too loose either. Is your converter a little loose or is it tight? I've heard 2 different things! Just wondering!

Captain Insanely-Slow had me worried there for a minute with his experience with his YANK converter!
But I think I'll be ok! Hell Look how many people run them... And theres got to be a bad one every once in a while!
