Default How about them Bears!

Talk about a Nail Biter. Great game, but once again, we have to thank Hester for our victory. After all he is part of our team...

What makes this victory beautiful, is the fact that my wife is a die hard Broncos fan, and since we have been married, the Bears have been victorious in every game...

Not a big bears fan but it was a hell of a game. Definitely action packed. I really never thought the bears would even tie that game up in the 4th but some how they pulled another one out of their ***.

It was a good game, but seriously, I would almost rather the bear lose the rest of their games if they aren't going to make the playoffs, because we need the lowest draft picks we can get next year to fill some gaps on the offensive line and also at QB and maybe RB..

Maybe they should just use all their draft pics on QB's and they might find a good one.

We don't need a QB we need stronger blocking in our offensive line. Our QB's get forced out of the pocket too fast causing them to either get rid of the ball or poke and hope, and thats what leads to interceptions. Griese is a veteran but he lacks the Long range of Rex. Rex has proven himself to be a good QB but started slipping maybe because of a big head? But you can't forget he is still a winning quarterback, he has won double the games he has lost and in most seasons that is enough to get you to the playoffs.

As far as DEVIN Hester (Devin with an "i" not and "o") goes, he is absolutely amazing but part of that can be contributed to our great special teams blocking. But please don't get me wrong because Devin Hester is probably going to be our new Michael Jordan if he stays with the Bears.

When are people going to learn, you DON'T KICK TO HESTER. The dude is an absolute stud. I was in Detroit for the Bears-Lions game (the one where the Lions put up 34 points in the 4th) and the Monday night game last year in St. Louis, so I've seen Hester run 3 kicks back "to the house" in person. The cameras don't do him justice. How he finds those holes, unreal. I chalk a lot of it up to field vision. This guy can just see where the hole is going to be before it is there, and he knows how to set it up. Being faster than a cheetah doesn't hurt either.

Sorry for the spelling check there mister "I insted of O".. But either way you cut the cake. He is THE man when it comes to kick returns. Period.

I have said the same thing about our offensive line. Its one of the oldest in the league, and if we dont have the talent now, we need to worry about that. It takes years to get a good line together and working.

Rex.... Plain and simple hasnt made the transition as well as any bears fan has hoped. Partly in due to our offensive line. We need a running QB.

But then again its all about the luck of the draw. Who will make the transition from college to the big show. Only time will tell.

The biggest worry for me this year, and why I am hoping we DONT make the playoffs, is I dont want to be like the Broncos, who have gone 1 and out how many times?

Defense needs to pick up the pace with INTs, and stopping the run. Thats what won us the games last year, thats what got us in the superbowl.
