I bought a tci converter from this guy. Just had it installed and found out it is no good. I have his number but he has not returned my calls yet. If anyone knows this cat please help me out here.

Buying a TCI converter in the first place, even if it was brand new, should have been your first sign. Good luck with the whole deal.

Completed the car 1 1/2 weeks ago now, converter was faulty......

Matt was saying TCI's are junk... He went thru 3, i think, in the pewter car before it ate the trans up finally.

Mike is right. All of them were junk and it ended up costing me a whole new trans because the last one let go and tore up all of the insides of my 4l60e. I now have a FLT Level 4 and a Yank PT4400 and coudn't be happier!
