I've e-mailed them off of their website with no response... Of corse, I use AOL and they aren't the brightest people when it comes to Spam blocking (note: I can't change spam setting cause I refuse to install AOL, I just use the website.)

Reason i'm wanting an e-mail is because I work at night, so it makes it way easier to talk to somone by e-mail then by phone.

Please shoot me a PM with any questions that you have. We actual recently found out that we were missing some emails do to a blocker on our end as well. It might not have been you system.
