The banquet didn't get over until about 11:00PM. It was a great time. They auctioned off some 5th gen pre production parts. A painted right front fender went for some serious cash... And sold two deck lid spoilers.
Going to bed, we gotta be there at 7am.

After 4 days on 8hrs of sleep, Im beat. I will have TONS of pics up on my website as well in the next several days. What a good weekend though. Nice meeting a few of you.

Seems I showed up to late today (1pm), everyone was gone and got to talk to a rather rude track bus driver.... did see a Callaway C6 pace car with a blower in the parking lot and took my wife threw the museum so it was not a total waste. Figured at least a few cars and stuff would still be around.
Saw a nice silver LT1 Z with chrome Z06's saturday that looked like it was in town for the event.
Wish they would have done a lot more local advertising. Quite a few locals that did not know about it that I am sure would have gone.

Made it to the show on Saturday and lap of track on Sunday, got some pictures uploaded - still might have more pictures, older camera son was using started acting up.............

There was a tad over 500 registered cars. Not to mention a few vendor vehicles and GM's awesome fleet of rides.. I'm uploading some pics now.

I got to drive the vette twice plus do the ride along so i could video
fill er up. (not @ $7/gallon

the best car show ive ever been to. it was informal enough that everyone was laid back. but VERY well organized. the camaro club did an awesome job. seriously, the best show ever. better than the LSx shootout, better than any super chevy etc show.

one more thing my roommate said that on z28.com they said the picture thing got messed up because people jumped lanes so they now have to go through each one individually and match them up. guess somebody took pictures of the plate too but its gonna take longer to get them sent out...

yeah one of out members over at z28.com asked how long approx it would take to get pics and were told due to some jumping of lanes things got messed up and will take longer.
we were everywhere eh? lol There were about 35ish of us with z28.com shirts on throughout the weekend.
