I have spent ALOT of $$$$$$ in the year i have owned the car (3 different setups) and i have only drove the car 8000 miles mostly just highway miles... I havent really had a chance to work on setting suspension or any of that good stuff yet.... lol

Man i hate that my 23year old broke *** cant afford to do a forged 408.... my little budget 5.3 with 500hp isn't **** in the modern car world.... you have to be making like 700+ to hang with the average joe it seems like!!!
Got the th400 in tonight and broke something on the way home...
not sure what it was... think it was probably the TQ arm lol, my ratchet shifter and will be here tomorrow, spohn TQ arm will be in tuesday.

How can all these younger guys around 21-25 afford several toys? I cant even afford a house yet! I am having a hard enough time paying off the TA, and my bills....
Just seems like im working like a motherf**ker and slowy doing mods and paying my bills. while other guys my age have 3 cars, a pickup, a bike, a boat, and a house! and they are out living it up while i sit my *** at home because i cant afford mods and to go out all that often...
So what am i doing wrong? Is there a secret i dont know about or what???? LMAO

For the money thing I joined the navy after high school. im 23 almost 24. my z28 is paid off (as a matter of fact i paid with a bonus check ). i bought an 06 sporters brand new with 0 miles on it delivered to budke's. got a hell of a deal on the sportster through the military overseas new car sales. saved about 4k on it lol. btw only owe 3k on the harley now lol.

ya i went on 2 deployments and saved up 10k each time granted i was on a ship and not in the **** lol. that and i got a 58k reinlistment bonus lol. only got about 30k of that though since they kicked me out cause im 5' 11' and weigh 210 lol. stupid navy and their odd taping system making me seem like a complete fatass. oh well their loss as im starting a government contractor job working at the navy base in virginia. lol 55k starting at the lowest engineering tech position.
I guess when i think about it i have spent alot of money on the TA in the last year since i bought it... like $10,000 in mods

I still live at home with parents i have a big stash in bank. Most parent ever gave me was 100 bucks on my 16 bday. I worked 80-90hrs for 2 years straight. Vette is paid for and ta to. Also i sold th sc so gears here i come.
UPDATE i sold the sc back to the guy who bought it from me! LOL I will have 3.73 gears to come also by the guy who bought the sc. Brand new and built. I need to get down to KC and run this in the 1/4 once spring comes. I HOPE for 10.5 but that is a guess. I will have extra money so i may put it else where. This will be all motor.
