Joplin, Missouri Hey guys,
I am going up to Missouri from Texas around Spring Break to visit some family. Are there any meets, or much to do around this area? I will be there on a Friday and Saturday and it would be cool to shoot some **** with some of you guys considering there wont be hell of a lot to do with the family. Let me know!

I live in Carl Junction (5 mins for joplin) There really isnt much to do around here. Im down with going to shoot ****, but you got to bring the guns and show me how to use em! lol

there are more cars here than people would have you believe, they're just all on jackstands 95% of the time 
we've got a crowd of anywhere from 4-10+ f-bods at a time, it just depends on who's being lazy or not. only a couple are very fast, most are stock/bolt-on cars. i've got a H/C/I SS...there's a MS4 car, a bolt-on HOSS, H/C/I WS6, a fleet of LT1 cars...someone has a procharged 408 Z28, but he's a lone-wolf that never drives the car or talks to anyone or races it at all...
PM me when you're headin this way and we can get together. there's a car wash everyone goes to friday/saturday night pretty religiously.

carthage is frickin' gay...mostly mexicans that don't speak ANY english or trailer-trash hillbillies. i know there are good people there somewhere, they're just hard to find. not too many, if any, LSx cars there....that i'm aware of. the only people i knew there graduated and went off to college and i haven't seen them in years.

we went to the "after hours get together" at the street machine natty's last year...thinking our 10-12 second cars were badass and we were gonna whoop up on some out-of-towners....the out-of-towners didn't forget their wheelie bars and 'chutes
