Help with a decision... I can't decide whether to drive my Viper to the open house at Speed Inc or trailer my Z28 up. Road trips in the Viper are fun....not too comfy, but fun. But the Z28 is more relative to the event, and I really wanna light'em up and maybe try to yank the tires on the street. Driving the Z28 up is not an option, since it gets single digit mileage and has drag brakes and stuff. Both options sound appealing to me. What would YOU drive if given the choice?

Just drive the Z. It's a street car right? And I wouldn't worry about the difference in gas mileage, the Viper isn't exactly pulling down Prius #'s. 
We drove our 1100+rwhp twin turbo shop car 1000+ miles for Hot Rods drag week last year without any issues with the drag brakes fwiw.

I could drive the Z up, but I'm not willing to risk it. Plus, the Viper has a nice system in it, more comfortable ride.
But you've got me thinking......
Hey, didn't you guys have a story about the shop car on your site? I was looking for it and couldn't find it.
I cant wait to have these issues one day.. But i would bring the z. If your not going to burn the tires on the viper there really isnt much of a point to bringing it.

Trust me, I never doubt how lucky I am. I still remember when I would have killed for just a stock Z28. I never thought I'd own a Viper.
I don't wanna burn the tires down on the Viper because they are expensive and it has wheelhop on occasion. But, peer pressure is a bitch, and I've done dumber things. I've been looking forward to a road trip in the Viper but at the same time I'd like to have my Camaro where other people can appreciate it.
