cubs/sox world series!!!!! this is the year for the cubs!!!!! sox may get in too though but i think that would be so cool if cubs/sox played in the world series this year! after watching the cubbies tonight it just feels right lol.
It's what April???? Cubbie fans already talking about World Series???

As for Cubs bad luck/curses or blaming BARTMAN...........Grow up!! Do you still sleep with a nite-lite so the boogieman doesnt get you?
Cubs were up on the Marlins 3-0 when Bartman did what he did. They were also up on the Series on the Marlins 3-2. It was like they just gave up, 5 outs away from the world series and you blow a 3-0 lead! Come on, and for Cubdom to blame a fan for that was just silly. No it wasnt the almighty cubs it was now a single fan
Few years later Moises Alou admitted he wouldnt have caught it anyway!
I am just biased though having a family full of Cubs fans and tired of there whining. Would love to see them win for my Grandfathers sake but to the rest of them I hope the Cubbies stay there loveable LOSERS!!

Truth of the matter is that you guys have had the same CORE team from that championship for 2 years and have failed miserably. If I was a Sox fan I'd be embarrassed. Not only that but almost finishing behind the last place Royals last season.
I don't care if it's been 100 years or not. Cubs fans are more loyal than Sox fans. We almost had 1,000,000 more people come to our ballpark last year than US Cellular. Your fans only show up when you are winning or when they give tickets away for free when you buy a Whopper at Burger King.
Yeah it's early and the season is still very young, but you gotta enjoy the way both clubs are playing. If Cubs fans talk about the World Series, can you blame us? We are excited for finally having management put together a winning teams. It's been 100 years for us, cut us some slack.

Both teams are playing great so far but it still is April!
Wrigley field is a tourist attraction so when you say they have better attendance you are right! Cubs are a nationaly broadcasted team EVERYONE can watch them!
I could be wrong but stat wise arent the Cubs almost always a better team? I mean they do spend te money dont though?
I love this tough we can go at it for hours but knowing both teams they will most likely fall off by the end of the year!!!lol
