And who knows, he might just get those gears sooner than you think. John, PM me about what we talked about last time on the phone.

James
I hope he does get the gears. He wants my 3.42's but I'm tryin to convince him that would be a waste of time and money. Btw, John and I are brothers, I'm yankin his chain. We'll race against each other with anything that has wheels on it. And as far as me racing Benny, he'd have to take it out of the garage first for that to happen

Oh Ok! Now I see why you were talking about running him.
Thats cool though. Me and my girl are just like that. We'd race anybody or even each other in anything that has 1 wheel or 4! Hell even if it was 18 wheels We'd still run them.
John can verify how crazy my girl is when it comes to racing! She's nutz.
But anyways, I think 3.73 gears would be pretty good for him personally. But any more than that may be a little much for an Automatic car, or a highway driven car.
my .02
BTW are you guys gonna be at Edwards Drive in on the 24th?

Yeah I'd have to agree with ya on the 3.73's. If he is planning on spraying in the future than that ratio or 3.90's would be perfect. I will definetly be @ Edwards (wish I hadn't missed the first).
Benny if my car had the same wheels on it yours does, then it prolly would'nt leave the garage either. Soooooooooooooo when are ya gonna sell 'em to me?

Cool, I hope to see everyone out there next weekend and the following as well!

And I'd say on the 3.73's that'd be perfect. But if he's not worried too much about the street and wants quicker et's and can sacrifice top end a little more, 3.90's would be really nice as well. I have a friend who has them in his 98 Trans Am! And he seems to like them.

That was fun! I would have liked to stay out with you guys, but when a pregnant woman says " I'd liked to go home now"...................we go home. I was behind you when you ran that black vette, that was a good run! Hopefully everyone will be out this Saturday. Is Edwards still a go?

I'll probably make it. I doubt I am getting tickets to May Day so count me in. I will try and get two other friends of mine to join as well, pending if they can get off work in time... Hope to see a lot of people there.

Sounds good guys.....
Should be a pretty good turn-out after all!
I'll be bringing a few of my buddies as well, so should make for a pretty good time and everyone should be able to meet alot of new people. Hell who knows what good can come of this. I know just last month, I met a guy and now we hang out every weekend. And another guy I seen a few times I finally started talking to and Hell, he bought my exhaust off of my car and I needed the money. So if nothing else, I'm sure someone will benefit from this.

James

So come on out guys, you never know what could happen. You might just find somebody who has something you need or just make a new friend....

coming from greensburg.

take I-74 all the way until it turns into southeastern ave. You dont have to make a turn just stay in the left lane. Take Southeastern a couple miles and make a left onto Raymond. Raymond is the 2nd stop light and a bank is on the right. Take Raymond and Edwards Drive In will be about 2 miles down the rd on the right. Not sure how many lights you will go thru. Its just after a bridge and a large grain elevator.

If you look at a map of indy you will see what i am saying about taking southeastern. Once 74 starts branching off to 465 north or south the left lane will say southeastern. Edwards in located in the southeast corner of the city.

Chad
