Default Need O2/ EGR codes deleted

Well like the title says I need to get these codes deleted before I take my emissions test in June. I was quoted $150 to get this done for a basic tune, and I don't need everything that comes with it.

Is there anyone out there that can or knows somewhere to get these 2 codes deleted for cheaper than that?

Thanks for the help!

Forgot to mention I am in the Chicagoland area, so anything withing range would be perfect.

you could find 02 Sims and put them on the rear o2 sensors speed inc in schaumburg has them, but call them and see what they can do for you first. They're customer service is excellent.

If you have not had your TQ management deleated I would do it. If you figure your spending 100bucks for the O2 sims you may as well spend another 50 and get the other **** done. Speed did the base tune on my car and its actually never idled so smooth and shifted like it has before.

i still have my o2 sims, but the $90 tune from straightline would be much more beneficial to you. I've heard nothing but good things about them too.

Does having the codes deleted give you a "ready" status on all of the systems they check? I wish they would just eliminate that crap its such a waste of time and money. I have always hesitated doing major mods to my trans am after I went through so much trouble always getting my turbo import to pass because you couldnt really modify the stock ecu and my aftermarket engine management i used was obd1

no reason for them to mention it, its just a matter of taking 1 second to turn it off on any of the 99+ cars they put a basic tune in, nothing that would cause a justified price difference in tuning a 98 vs the rest of the years or anything.

No I dont the price doesnt matter I just remember talking to Larry about the removing it and he didnt say nothing so im sure he probably forgot since he was very busy when I was talking to him. It doesnt matter I mainly got the base tune for the idle since mine was messed up and also the fan and ofcourse the deleating of the codes
