[QUOTE=b_ver_plezer69;12906619]nate this is the best deal on ebay.... does Darren have a mustang for sale???
Sorry to disappoint you Ken but I don't have any Ford's in my stable.
Do you have a problem with the price I set for my car?? funny last I checked it is mine to set not you...regardless of what you think it is worth. Maybe it was done for a reason.....just maybe.

Scott, nice setup and a smart move on the Detroit locker as opposed to the True Trac, also like the idea of the 1/2 " studs (are they ARP?). I wish my PST DS would have worked but it was a bit short and I didn't feel comfortable running it...thus my Strange Chromeoly 3".
Once I'm working again, I will be making some subtle changes to mine as well....JPH and I had talked about different studs and Eric (MWC) suggested getting rid of the true trac and current gears for something else.
Congrats....you'll love it, well worth the money.

You can get a used 97-99 Viper for high $2X,XXX. Those came with forged bottom ends and fairly low CR, perfect for a simple fuel upgrade for some boost with a tune. You'd easily be running faster than me and have but a fraction in mods. (Yet another something to consider)
Just scanned and uploaded Nate and Robbies car articles for anyone else like me found it difficult to see.

A lot of us have accumulated callsigns. I have had a couple, but the one that seems to be sticking is "The Ace of Strades" after the 1980's song "Ace of Spades" by Motorhead.
I used to be called "G-Monster" after a stunt I pulled back when I was flying the T-6, but everyone seemed to like Ace of Strades better.

Not everyone gets one. Traditionally fighter guys will get a callsign that sticks once they get into their fighter unit.
Most other pilots never officially get dubbed with a callsign. Pilot training is a different environment where everyone starts. Some get callsigns, some don't. I just happened to be one of the ones who did.

Perhaps I'll do that one day for fun.
I don't mind the callsign either. Especially as most of the callsigns given are ones that are meant to poke fun of us.
For example, we have a guy who was born without a middle knuckle on his middle finger, so that finger is for the most part un-bendable and straight. During some of our formation flying (when we fly 5 ft wingtip to wingtip) we have to use hand signals to signal what manuever we are going to perform next. It was hard to understand what we needed to do because his finger wasn't normal. One of the instructors didn't know about his knuckle and started yelling at him in the plane about how he was signalling wrong and it was screwing everything up. Later after he found out he didn't have a knuckle and his finger looked all weird, he ended up calling him "Freak Sticks" for his hands. It is a funny callsign for him, but to him he hates it as callsigns are what everyone usually refers to you as.
"Who are you flying with today?"
"I get to fly with Freak Sticks, how about you?"
You get the idea...
