All you have to do is go to a shop and either get the car tuned or ask them to delete the rear o2 sensors and all the smog **** like air pump etc. just make sure your check engine light is not on and you will pass. Illinois does not have a visual or a sniffer test!

All they do is plug into your OBDII port and run their test. I passed last August with all the mods in my SIG!
Goodluck

What year is your car?

Good now you can get the airpump deleted as well and take that **** out.
If its a manual get the skip 1-4th deleted too.

Wut kind of increase can I expect out of taking the air pump out and can it affect anything in the long run?

It won't be an increase, but a decrease in useless clutter and about 15lbs of worthless weight!

You are going catless and with longtubes, all that **** there now is pointless, don't you think? LOL
