b00sted Let me know when it is on TV. Also I will keep an eye out for your buddy with the notch. Looks like we might get some rain today however we are not going until around noon. The event starts at 2 and hopefully the rain will open up some parking close to the track. I'm bringing a camera and I'll get some pictures. Vince

That should be the video from Muncie where he won, we were there with our '68 Cuda and the EPP car was there as well. We had spark/ignition gremlins that decide to sneek up in round one so we went out early.
We were also at Byron this weekend and got rained out but we did get a couple of test passes in on Saturday so the car is all fixed and ready to go. I saw Pumpgas when he got to the track about an hour before they called it.
Reschedule date is Oct 29 and speed channel was not there taping that I know of.

Rained out confirmed! I was kind of bummed when we got there to find the place was pretty much empty. However my theory about the rain and parking worked! We did fire up the grill and made some food with a couple of cold beverages. People I talked to there said they could not get the dryer working however when we got there around 2 it was sunny skies and a track that appeared pretty dry to me. I took a couple pic's of an empty lot and blue skies! Oh hell well I guess we have to wait until the end of the month and hope it's not snowing. I'm sure it will be getting cold by then and have to bust out some warm clothes. Hope to make it. Vince

No kidding... it was fun enough Sunday waking up and stepping out of the trailer to a 38-40 degree morning. But the way this weather works I bet it will end up being sunny and 20 degrees warmer.
