riley really isnt that bad. its like the 1sg said, its how you spend your weekends. every post can "suck" if you let it. if you use your head and stay out of trouble then riley can be a good place. i spent 7 years there and had a great time. if you dont mind a drive, you have topeka, kansas city and wichita not far away. im now at fort hood, texas....well i will be there when i get back from iraq. i pcs'd there and then deployed 3 weeks later. oh yes, go army lol

I've been at Riley for 4 years. If you go to ksfba.org you can get the scoop on what's going on around here. hpt.com for racing events in Topeka. 20 plus Fbody's in Manhattan. We do shows, Fall and Spring cruises, local races by the airport when available, Topeka test and tune twice a month and road race cources in Salina and Topeka. PM me if you want to know more, but lots to do car related if you know who to ask. I am also the Vice President for the car club at the auto craft shop. We will send cars to SEMA, Power Tour etc... this year as well.

Hey, just made it down here to Riley. Basicly, I know no one. Seen a few f-bodies floating around... maybe seen your gold T/A up on Custer Hill? Hit me up...if we get any good weather maybe we could meet up... Atleast find a couple guys to have a drink with and b/s If you see a white z28 with an ls1 front clip, z01 wheels, and a nasty cammed lt1 thats me... thanks

Jason, Welcome to KS. Go to the KSFBA.org site and introduce yourself. If you go to the Northern section you can find out what's going on. You just missed the fall cruise and BBQ. Vista Burger on FRI and SAT nite is the new hangout spot. I won't be back from Iraq till next summer though.
