this selection process for my MOS is a focking joke!! How the hell can a guy with just about 8 yrs in with barely 2 years TIG, by their selection criteria get picked up over those of us who are 15-17yrs TIS in with 5-6yrs a TIG?! Im focking livid and it will do no good there isnt a IG to file a complaint to that can look into it..the boards done they select who they do and thats it cant be undone Im so pissed I cant even think striaght...
