FOB sharana Just wondering what its like etc. I'm AF, but might be heading over pending approval from my commander and commander over there (to waive rank requirement). 8 weeks training at Bliss or Hood prior to heading over. My job in AF is Command Post (Command and Control).

We sent 6 firefighters over there last year. Couldn't get much info from them because we met up in Norfolk when we were leaving and they were just getting back after 5.5 months(AF firefighters are still on 4 month tours).
