Who knows... The whole military advisor on there was terrible. I love how they were in the scene at the museum, in Illinois I think, then walk outside to the graveyard at DM. And the scene NJ that looks like its in the desert. I'm from NJ, there ain't nowhere in NJ that looks like that scene. But my favorite would be going from a TSgt to a CMSgt in two years. Other than that, the movie was great lol.
Oh, and we had a KWRI 17 in the first movie and none of us had any idea it was used...

lmao of all the things were calling "Fake" on in this movie, we pick the stripes. Nevermind the talking/transforming robots from outer space. And if theyre were giving out stripes for killing robots why isnt the other dude a General by now?

I haven't seen the second movie yet, but while we are talking about military innacuracies that only we could pick out......
In the first movie when tyrese calls in close air support, he read a pretty accurate 9 line, but he said the target was marked with yellow smoke. EVERYONE knows that the FAC marks a target with "smoke" and the pilot has to call out the color when he rolls in to ensure that he is coming at the right target.
Gawd. What a bunch of retards. (sarcasm of course. I thought the CAS scene was pretty neat.)

That **** was awesome to see the bone!! I was waiting for it the whole time and when I caught a glimpse of the bat tail flash I yelled out in the theater...Mindy (my wife who dont know me) was like...damn chill out. Was also cool to see Deigo Garcia, I was...been there lol, peeps in the theater were all looking at me lol.
The scene where there in the hanger is also part of the PIMA air and space museum here in Tucson (Davis-Monthan) Im almost positive the SR-71 they used is the one in the hanger but not all scenes PIMA cause we dont have all those planes it.
Overall it was a pretty sick movie.
Dave loves them fattys....lol

I ******* loved that movie. Holy crap.
Navy ships and hornets
Army helos and tanks
Air Force hardware and tech
And a Marine Corps General in charge of it all
Honerable mention:
-the camaro was the star. BumbleBee kicked the crap out of ALOT of dudes.
-The SR-71 blackbird came to life as an old man.
-Optimus prime plus the blackbird = peterbuilt/lockheed mach 3+ flying semi truck with huge shoulder mounted flamethrowers. DO WANT!

the VC used to intercept the controller's transmissions on what color they popped, that's why the pilot would confirm the color instead of them calling out what they popped.
the military channel had a pretty cool episode about vietnam FAC's.

I love the military channel. I'm training to be a CAS attack pilot right now, and more than 50% of the required knowledge I need came from the military channel.

The B1 has 4 of the same engines the U2 has (GE F101) and trust me Ive slept next to both. In Al Dhafra they did engine runs all the time next to my station....like 500 yrds. The trailers we lived in (fire station) would ******* shake like it was going to fall apart and damn was it loud. But I used to crew B1's and when the ****** goes to Aug and your at that perfect 45 degree angle behind it, its like a knife going through your brain cause of that nasty high pitch sound.
