Need info on dwell time asap... Right now im stuck on dwell time. 1ID is trying to tell me there was a emilpo message that says dwell time was ended sometime around May, stating that it no longer exists. But my chain of command is telling me that they have a power point presentation with a emilpo number on it that dates to june saying that dwell time is still in effect. If any of you have any info on this I would greatly appreciate it.
