another USAA member, stationed in Italy, with 3 vehicles in the states. Called them up and payed an additional 500 a year for my car in Italy. USAA works great,a nd to say they base rates on rank is a bunch of bullshit. My rates haven't changed from the time I was an E-5 to present E-8.
