Follow that workout of the day and your good to go.
However if your not losing weight its simple. Fat Loss is not a confusing process, its actually really really really simple. It doesnt matter what you eat. As long as your body burns more calories than you intake daily you WILL lose weight. period end of story.
Also if you dont get the required amount of sleep that is ideal for the body 8 hours a day, then your going to minimize your results.
- Workout 3 times a week with weights.
- Eat 1g protein / lb lean body mass.
- Reduce calories to lose 1-2 lbs / week.
Success is 100% guaranteed. There's really not much more to it.

If you really want to lose weight, the healthy way, and not just a "quick fix" eat 6 small (healthy) meals a day. If you want to know what to eat, look up bodyforlife.com and it will give you several meal plan options. If you are wanting to just drop weight over night, sleep in a trash bag and drink lot of ex-lax. Its not the safe way, but it will work. But really, look up the meal plans.
