I can't help but find that funny. But srsly, the place I went to took a couple hours but they passed my car with cutout and no cats. It's plenty loud and three other people just told me not to bother having them test it.

which place did you go to? did they care about tint? Also I'm not sure if having a nitrous system in your car is illegal in Hawaii. I know my sig says my car is stock but it is far from it

Lex Brodie's in Waipahu. They didn't say anything about my tint but it's in tolerance anyway. And I have no idea on the nitrous.

Oh i thought u were messing around about that.... so why not just take it off? I guess you can try other places but since they have to take at least one pic of your car for inspection if there is some type of law regarding a decal blocking your view or something no place will probably pass you. I think it's ridiculous but it is what it is. By the way got mine inspected yesterday at this place off dillingham over by the jail and the only thing they checked was my tint, seriously didn't check anything else and only charged $25

Speaking of trannies, I'm looking at rebuilding my t56 when I get back from TDY in Korea. I'll be doing it after parts come in sometime in August probably. If anyone that has experience or is willing to gain some with me wants to help out I'd greatly appreciate it.

Two things you never do. Fight Chuck Norris and rebuild a T-56 without knowledge.

I read through the rebuild manual, and pick stuff up pretty quickly. My brother did two and said I could probably handle it no problem. Just would help to have another set of eyes and hands, especially if those eyes and hands have seen/done it before.
