they fade faster too it seems... one wash and they are a shade lighter..... just like the plain jane heavy abus or now winter weights, but those seemed to keep their color longer, then turned whitish..... the summer weights seem to do the same quicker...

I've had them for a while now (the 100% cotton), I'm a 3E0X2 so we've had them since they came out. At least the ones issued to us are crap they fade extremely fast and somehow I punched a hole on a set of pants in less than a week. They are nowhere near as heavy as the regular ones but I like my uniforms to last, especially if I'm paying for them. Also they are a bitch to keep looking sharp, you can iron them a bit but once you take it off and don't hang them they get really wrinkly.
My shop just got some new ones issued so we'll see if they are nay better than the previous ones.
I also went from using 36R on tops to using 36L or 38L, they shrink more than the BDUs, kind of annoying.

A buddy of mine picked them up. They look good, but he said he ordered the same size as his normal ABUs and when he washed them they shrunk badly, and advised me to pick up the next size higher.
