Enlistment Bonus
So here's the deal. I enlisted back in 05, I got the initial part of my bonus. I got with my unit around a year after that and asked them when I would get the other half. They informed me that it would be the anniversary of when I joined. When that date came up they told me it was the date of wn I graduated AIT. Long story short never received the rest of it. I got caught up in gearing for deployment and all of that, truthfully I forgot about it. Well almost eight years later I'm helping a soldier secure his and it got me thinking, that I never got the rest of mine. Can I submit a pay inquiry, or because that enlistment is up am I SOL?

Yes you still should be able to get it. I went to Korea and for a whole year didnt recieve cola from my follow on base because I sent my family there first. Well I got back and happen to be talking to someone about it and remembered I never got mine and sumitted my paper work and they investigated it. Sure enough I got back payed for a year worth of alaska cola......A nice chuck of change. You should be able to get your money too

Yep, certainly should be able to. Stop by your career counselor office, generally they are the folks that have to submit bonus related paperwork to your S3, and on to finance. Policies vary for submission by CoC, but you are entitled to any bonus in your contact. You'll need to get those old LES as well. (all of them)
