As my RNLTD to CP Red Cloud draws near (beginning of Oct), My wife and I are getting our affairs together after being stationed at MacDill AFB in sunny Tampa, FL for 4 years. So, we are selling our house in Brandon, and I figured some military member that is coming to MacDill in the coming months may be interested. The house is in Brandon, about 20 miles from the base, and is in a great neighborhood. My realtor just posted the house on his websites here and here. My realtor is a retired AF colonel, and he really takes care of the military folks. We will accept VA and FHA loans, so this may also appeal to military members. I figured i'd throw this out here as it is has been a great house in a great location, and I've set up the garage with a workbench which I am leaving here.
