How did you find out the 1 of six thing? I could only find out 1 of 80 on 1LE.net. Mine is Red, T-tops, 6spd, used to be cassete, cloth, even the emmisions sticker is a V6 sticker. I think they made mine a V8 at the last moment. I have all the SLP BS that goes with the car window stickers everything. MX history. SLP options were mats, fobs, chrome 10spokes, dual dual (now CME with rumbler),1LE suspension. Think that is it. Anyway if you can find for me how you found the info on your car out shoot me a email. T

Dude When I ordered Jet Hot headers for my 02 Z28 the AIR tubes were wrong. They all were wrong 3 sets later they sent me one that were correct. The flange was 90* off. It was a hassle but they worked with me to get it fixed. I think they corrected that problem. I wasnt going to cut my AIR tubes to match a $300 dollar set of header incase I had to go back to stock. Hawaii, good to hear you guys are keeping those RC's going. I used to work on them as a jet mech at Mildenhall and Offutt (88-92). Kind of funny to see it with the CFM 56's. They had the smaller TF-33's when I was on them and remember hearing that they were going to re-engine them after I left. I cross trained to a 130 FE after that and now fly on AFSOC MC-130's here at Hurlburt.

Wow 88-92! I only came in the AF in 97 after a couple years of school. But When I came in they still all had the TF's. Much less MX now. I think its because the engs have less vibration. I dunno thats what we suspect. The CF-56 is not as fun to run as a TF though. Im stuck in this 55th wing! I did Offutt,Souda Bay,now,Moldenhall I mean Mildenhall. Im afraid I will do Kadena next. Nice to run into another recce. Funny you may know some people that I know and used to get yelled at by lol. Take it easy.

I Crewed the KC-10 6yrs and I'm now on the KC-135E's right across the ramp until we get R's at Mcguire. It kicks ***...I love the fact the most of the morons that I left behind in Nebraska are workin' at McD's and BK....I'm 26 and have worked two multi-Million dollar aircraft....have my A&P...Bachelors in ACFT. Maint. Tech, and Assoc. in Automotive Maint. Tech as well. The Military was the best decision I've ever made. My Pop's had 23yrs in the Navy working as an MP then schooled to become Electrical Tech. then tranfered to PHM3 (Prototype Ship) for the Boeing Hydrofoil Program in the FL Keys for 6 1/2yrs until they mothballed them in 1991 due to high operating cost I had my first ride on one when I was 10...when that freakin' thing came on plane it was smooth as glass at 80+mph. They used them to chase drug loads off the coast. It had aircraft avionics to "Fly" the ship on it's foils. You can tell I love this ****!!!
