Im not to sure about what jobs allow color blindness, but i do have one piece of advice for you...
Full time jobs with the ANG are a tough thing to come by, at least for most AFSCs.
First you must wait for an open position to come up, then submit an application to your applicable state, then interview for the job against all others who applied, and after all that is done, pray to God your better than the other guys.
I just interviewed today for 1 of the 2 open technician jobs here with the 180th FW, i am 1 or 8 going for the job wit hsoem tough competition, and they most likely wont open any more slots for at least a year. So if you can, do some research to which AFSCs need maning at your local guard base, and if there are any openings.
Good luck to you bro, hope it all works out for ya.... ANG is a great organization to work for.
