Are you going to Korat AB? I went there for Cope Tiger in '98. I believe the name of the city is Utapao. I had a great time. We stayed at the Royal Princess Hotel, which at the time, was a 5 star hotel. Spent alot of time at the pool and in the beer garden. The party that the Thai's threw for us after the exercise ended was unbelievable! Highly recommended.

I deployed there for Cobra Gold '95. Before we went, we got a briefing on the go-go girls and were told to not screw any of them. That lasted until the first night We were there less than a week and our medics were giving out free rubbers. Bring your own, the ones the thai ladies have are too small. Don't get a chick off the street, stay in the go-go clubs. It is the sex capital of the world no doubt.

Korat.thiers nothing there.its all boonies.after your excercise is over take some leave and go to either Pattaya Beach or Bangkok.tell the taxi driver you want to go to sukhumvit road.thats where the happenings.you would want to keep coming back.have fun.I did.

Pattya Beach is definitely the place to go. Bangkok sucked. I went there for Cobra Gold 2003. Good times, and believe any crazy *** story you hear about Thailand. It is impossible to exaggerate about that place, because anything and everything is possible.

Hmmm.........I don't know if I ever went to Tiger. I probably did and just dont remember. Is it anywhere close to Diamond or Dollhouse on Walking Street? I know it isn't on the street with Lipstick and Classroom.

But yeah, you can't have much more fun than in Pattaya Beach, Thailand. And I will never, ever, go again. It's a one time only experience for me.

I was there for Cobra gold '95 too, deployed on the USS Independence. That was a fun *** deployment. I was 19, single, and had a disposable income. I'm lucky I didn't catch anything, the line for STD checks was at least 200 people long the day after we left Pattaya beach.

Marilyn's was an entertaining "Stupid ***** Tricks" bar, from what I heard though it's gone now :sad:
