If you still got the cats put them on and ship the off road pipe. After inspection swap them back out. Some inspection places are different from other.

I envy you guys, being over there with LS1 power...We spent eight years, four the last time with a 1991 1LE/LB9/5 SPD, in Spangdahlem/Wurzburg. It was surreal getting up Sunday morning, heading out to the Autobahn, running 145-150, turning around, then heading home to eat breakfast.....Of course when I left in 1995 we had to wait 4-5 weeks to get ANY performance part...
