Purple Heart plates?

Default Purple Heart plates?

I figured there are probably a few PH recipients in here so my question is, I hear alot of peope talking about PH liscense plates and that in some states it grants you certain privelages, is that true of california? What benifits exactly? Id like to get something out of the old enemy marksmanship badge othe than a couple of scars...

well I deal with this a lot.... In many states your children can go to school for free if you're a PH recipient... Also, it moves you up in the VA system whenever you have a purple heart.... If you have two or three it moves you up even more.. There's a lot of other stuff but the best thing to do is to go to a recruiter if you're no longer active duty, google it for your state, or go to a VA rep and talk about the benefits...

Your plates are free. For some reason people are more courteus drivers around you. Just my experience. I believe you can get a a 10 point preference when applying for Government Service jobs.

I don't know what the benefits are but I just saw a Medal of Honor plate on a black SS up at the Carlisle barracks. It was pretty baddass

Pa you are only allowed one plate per owner. so you have 5 cars only 1 can have the plate..

I am going to get a disabled veteran tag for my drag car..lol
