Just do research before you join. Many recruiters and liasons at meps just tell you the job description of most jobs, which DO NOT describe what you will be doing on a normal day. They are just a vague description of what you could be doing. I just got out of the AF. Just wasn't for me... Use all available resources to your advantage. Google.com, and usmilitary.about.com are very good sources. Don't let anyone talk you into or out of a job, find what you want to do and go with it. And if you do go SF, you could always try and go OSI (office of special investigations) which is a pretty cool job. Whatever you do good luck.
