I got my loan through Navy Fed because they're who I bank with, I have USAA for insurance though and am considering refinancing my loan through them because they do have better rates...and the service and account access is second to none.

First Command Bank out of Texas. I recently got a loan out from them for a big amount and low interest rate for a signature loan to pay off some debt. Try going through lendingtree.com, thats how I got FCB.
