I did 8 years in the USMC reserves as an 0311. I would do it again if given the choice.

 

good luck being a ground pounder, they sure do bust their ***. They are the heart/soul/and backbone of the USMC. If you have to take your MCT/ SOI here at camp lejuene/ camp geiger....shoot me a PM, you can hang w/ our local group on weekend liberty as they don't allow you to have a car on student status. I'll be glad to pick you up and give you a ride, saves that high *** cab fare.
