How about her commander having hair touching the collar in class A's, this guy in her unit thats been in 11 years and is a E4, out of 123 people for a Class A uniform inspection only 42 showed up with a uniform and only 11 could still fit into it!

seems like someone needs to whip that unit into shape. I have a e4 in my unit that has been an e4 for 14 years. If he doesnt get into gear he is gonna get the boot from uncle sam.

I dont understand how you go that long without a promotion?? Gaurd just gives promotion, you dont go to board or anything to my understanding. In my eyes you'd have to ACTIVELY try to not get promoted

25S here and have always done my job except for Drill Sergeant duty. 25S is critically short and the bonuses are great. Received 3 so far all over 20K and I have another one coming to me at 19 years if and that is a big "IF" I decide to stay 3 more years past 20.

since youre just attached theres not such a strain to be in shape but if you want there will def be an opportunity the highest honor they can give you is to give you an SF coin if they like you (after reading this again I made it sound a bit too prestigious, but you might be asked to be part of a unit and itd be up to you to pass the QC). If they dont then theyll make your life hell

Do you mean Tango? That is the next grade identifier for me. If not this year then I will turn it down for the next one so I can get more money. Its amazing I will actually lose money by being promoted.

15U i do my job all day everyday. after AIT you're only qualified as a chinook mechanic but if you get accepted into Flight Platoon you work more on your acft and fly on them as a FE or CE. here in KAF we fly a minimum of 5 hrs per mission.
