Yup I figured he probably owned one of those cars.... You'd have to have major ***** to go and **** with all of those rides. He would have gotten murdered if they had walked outside!!
I'd assume he is with the crowd that owns the cars, when a group is out like that they usually sit close enough to a window where at least one person would see them. If he wasn't with the group someone would have tuned him up pretty quick.
