That is good run. That is awsome that you are running in the middle of the day on just some random street. Wish we could do that stuff.

Why not? 700rwhp is absolutely attainable with a 2.8L KB and the supporting mods. A 700hp car looks slow as **** when it smokes the tires, just like every other car in the world. Hook it up and it'll run pretty hard.

It looked to me like the guy in the Cobra roasted the tires pretty bad, pedaled it for a little bit, then gave up and let out when he knew it was too late. That's racing. Tough loss for the Mustang and a very nice kill for the 'vette.

I'm not saying it's not attainable, I know what it should look like/feel like, mine mad 650RWHP in 90* temps. I guess I was paying more attention to the vette and not much on the Mustang.

Guess the rule of the day should be; don't run a boosted car on street tires from a dig on the street.

Actually he had better newer tires than me. My nittos are a year old. lol His car is fast, hopefully I can get some roll races with him soon to post up. The car does make that power, it dynoed right after we raced. Anyway, thanks again for all of the nice replies. This was a fun race.

He would need a slick to hook that car on the street. A 335 Hoosier DR
at the bare minimum. Kudos to you. That's a nice *** whoopin' you put on
him.
