All the dyno's I have been around, the operator won't let you near the car or the rollers to prevent stupid accidents like that.

He's lucky that he didn't get caught in the rollers. That dyno shop should put some barricades around those rollers. Waiver or not that is just negligent. A good attorney would rip that place apart.
