First thing I noticed was that the speedo was in Kilometers

Second, he could have put a set of gears in the car and thrown off the speedo that way.

Third, it has a weird looking check engine light. Maybe it is an export LS1 car or something

that was km/h not mph it said so right in the middle of the speedometer

doing the math if he went the 245KPH that his speedo said that is only 152.24 MPH , but its still really weird how fast it went to that mph, im going with the other opinions of throwing gears in the rear and never recalibrating

in the comments someone said he was running a gear & 315/35/17 tires which would throw it off....how much, i cant say.

i just did 130 in a stock lt1 camaro its possible but 160 stock that quick there is no way.

it took me about a 1/2 mile (closed road on private property)

id imagine an LT1 would be good for somewhere around 145, i thought LS cars could easily break 160?

he only ran three full gears. with my trans and 3.23s that would be 125 when it would be time to shift to 4th. and i could get there as quick as he did, if not quicker. 30-125 comes very fast in a modded car.

that's my car.... A4 days !!

just because it is in km/h and you're not get used to it...u get amazed at the first time !!!

how can some guys say that the car is jacked..you can see the trees of the road at the end of the vid..the problem that my cousine stopped recording immediately after slowing down...

a smart ls1 owner would know exactly why the car is going fast like that

Yep agreed. Even when you spin out for example and continue to give it gas your speedo climbs. There are a million possibilities, so knows lol.
