Cannon sx10is, and it was on the Basic Low ISO Quick Night Shot hints why some are kinda blurry

Settings depend on how much light you're working with. Use as slow of a shutter speed as you can and still keep the car in focus with the correct exposure. It takes a bit of trial and error. You can always add more motion blur in post processing.
