great comments folks, lmmfao!!!
3 points of entrance, all three monitored 100% at all times!
i only made 1/8th hits due to it getting a bit bumpy on the big end. the slower cars ran full qtr passes.
what you saw before was the trailer for the video.
it was in an industrial park, there was NO way someone was riding their bike or walking out of no where.
hope that helps.
and thanks

Yeah, I noticed it looked like an industrial park. Probably no kids playing or people walking their dogs, or anyone not involved with the event out there on a weekend.
Nice spot Taner! Wish we had one like that local. (There are no tracks right in Austin. There's one an hour South and one an hour North, but nothing real close and convenient).

there was alot of efforts to obtain use of the private road, as well police were notified and had no issues with it.it was completely within the LAW!
how often can you run 100+mph in a 30 zone, lol!!!

^^^ Very cool man that is the only street racing i like. I would def do it if i lived near you and i dont street race at all. Id rather take it to the track becouse you get times and can check on your improvements and the prep is always better. But you guys did a good job with the vid and some nice cars showed up Good idea with the private roads!!!

Hey Taner I didnt know you posted this!
Anyways, i'm the one that made the vid and like Taner had stated, this took place in an industrial area with only 3 possible entraces onto the road. Each entrance was blocked off and had people who were running the event manning them. So there was no possible way some random person could walk by. The police were notified before hand and it was a private road that was closed so they really couldn't do anything. With the street racing laws we have around here, it was the perfect solution as we dont have a local track either. Glad you guys liked the vid! Hopefully more to come this year!!!

thats a genius idea, we gotta pay 25 bucks and drive 45 minutes to race at a track around here, and maybe get 2 runs..
i say responsible street racing is waay safer then going to bars and at the end of the night saying "im good to drive home."
