When the two cars stab the gas the 'vette got way ahead. I think either the STI had to spool, or the guy's reaction was just terrible. Either way, it probably was a little more lop-sided toward the STI than we realized because he had to reel the 'vette in so much.

I have a lot of respect for STIs, and I'm sure this "bro" was just trying to talk some harmless smack. However, it's not really very impressive to see the Subi just barely take the Z06 with all that added power... and, like everyone said, you put half as much boost on the 'vette, and it'll put down twice the power.
yea the sti won. barley.... n the z06 was stock
well like was mentioned in the video the vette was winning until 3 gear. so yea the sti probly had to spool up or his 1-3 gear just suck. and his 4 gear really kicks in?

that fatass just pissed me off beyond belief i dont care if it did beat the vette with a little work im sure that vette would be back on top ugh that video made me just hate subaru's lol

Dynoflash: Just add a supercharger or some turbos to that Z06 and you will wind up with a totally useless machine that spins the rear wheels with every depression of the gas pedal. The point is that the Z06 when you add power become very unstable and lacks traction while the STI has the ability to put huge power to the ground with excelent traction.

haha yea read what he wrote to me on the youtube page... hes like im blocking everything you write if you dont have something good to say then dont say it... i pretty much just said how much of an idiot he is for saying a turbo or supercharged corvette is pointless because all it will do is spin and lose to an awd car....??? and hes just a COMPLETE loser anyway for talking smack about a STOCK Z06 losing to a highly boosted sti
