Mecham's car is crazy, he is local to me and it was awesome to see him beat on that supra(guy thought it was cake walk to beat Mecham).

From what I understand now its even faster now!

that "built" camaro is phils from spooling performance and was boosting 14lbs that night. he doesnt have the t70 any more hes now running the s475 (same as supra)

 

I'll back his 80% and raise it 20%......cuz i'm 100% sure thats Matt's car since I bought the incon twin turbo kit 4-5 years ago that was on that car.

He ran 10.90's in that vid, widdled it down to 10.000 before going a different route.

That car was an LS1.

 

Well, without the owner around, I'm not sure how either one of us would prove this. I met the dude at a GM track event, after which he raced those bikes in the vid and posted it up right after the event. I am 100% sure it was an LTX since I saw the car probably an hour before the bike race went down. But again, not any other real way of prooving it. I'm sure theres an LSX twin turbo bird that also raced a bike sometime thats leading to the discrepency.

Its a solid roller 408ci motor with twin 67mm turbos. This was just baseline pulls. Car only has 14* of timing in it. I ordered new software from dyno jet last week that was suppose to let the dyno read up to 1500rwhp but it obviously is not working because this car maxed it out at 1000rwhp and 1000rwtq. I will be calling them in the morning to get that figured out so we will be able to see what this thing will really make.

 

Kelly Bise's Camaro is sick.

The car is sick now and they plan on bumping up the displacement with an LSX in the future I believe.

Yeah, I read it. That's Harlan's Firehawk, which was a LS1.
He's a good guy. I haven't seen him for a couple years now though.

Without proof, I doubt any of us will be able to persuade the other to believe what we think the car was.

Best proof I have is just what I already posted before. I met the dude, and saw the car in person at the GM meet. On his way home he did the race that was on the tape. He posted it up afterwards. But I don't know him personally, and have no way of prooving any of this. Not that any of it really matters anyway.

I really just wanted this thread to host up LSX turbo vids and not turn into one of those threads that just goes back and forth of something else.
