you read his info....watch his videos??? "the GTR is capable of 1300hp and is one of the only GTR's in the US with twin GT3582r turbos. We where both on HRE wheel so the cars where awesome at higher speeds! Look for the GTR on The Forum Wars show as well as the NOW BACK IT UP show to air soon!"
test driving in a $1,000,000 car? driving in a porsche CGT to 200 mph? yea I would believe that GTR is 13000 hp.... looks like he knows some "guys"

I was hoping for more footage of the ZR1! That looks like a 90's ZR1, dash is the same as my 1995 LT1, but the gauge readings/increments look like the LT5 scheme. Doesn't sound like an LT1 either - to refined. So where can ya get one of those guns? lol

i just watched the vid and knew right away it was a 90-96 C4 because of the digital speedo and analog gauges. i spent many hours playing the original need for speed not to know 
that and Test Drive 2: the Duel.
